Pure Water Storage Tank with High-Precision RO Membrane Filtration System
ANSIN24 RO Water Purifier
R.O. Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System
Effectively removes contaminants, heavy metals, bacteria, and residual chemicals from water with high efficiency.
How the Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) System Works
The Reverse Osmosis system operates by using water pressure to force water through a high-performance TFC (Thin Film Composite) membrane with an ultra-fine filtration accuracy of 0.0001 microns (one ten-millionth of a millimeter).
With countless microscopic pores, the membrane allows only pure water molecules to pass through. Contaminants such as dirt, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, toxins, and chemical residues are effectively blocked and discharged as wastewater.
Thanks to its superior filtration performance, the R.O. system is globally recognized as one of the safest drinking water purification technologies. It complies with standards certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has been validated through physical, chemical, toxicological, and microbiological testing processes.
Components of the Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) System
The unit can be installed as a wall-mounted, freestanding, or under-sink system. It is designed for easy maintenance and filter replacement. Key components include:
1. PP (Polypropylene) Filter: Removes sediment, sand, rust, and large particles.
2. CTO (Block Carbon) Filters – 2 Stages: Absorbs chlorine, odors, color, and organic contaminants.
3. RO Membrane: The core of the system, providing ultra-fine filtration at 0.0001 microns.
4. Post-Carbon Filter: Enhances taste and removes any remaining odors before drinking.
5. 10-inch Filter Housing: Securely supports each filtration stage.
6. Pressure Tank: Stores purified water for immediate use.
7. Long Reach Faucet: Dedicated drinking water faucet designed for convenience and hygiene.
The Result
Crystal-clear, safe, and great-tasting drinking water in every glass.
Ideal for homes, restaurants, and offices requiring international-standard water quality.
Filter Lifespan
| Filter Type | Function | Recommended Replacement |
| Polypropylene (PP) Filter | Removes sediment, dust, and suspended particles | 3-4 months |
| Block Carbon Filter (CTO) | Removes color, odor, taste, chlorine, toxins, and organic contaminants | 4-6 months |
| RO Membrane | Removes dissolved solids, heavy metals, toxins, and microorganisms; stores purified water in the pressure tank | 1-2 years |
| Post-Carbon Filter | Final stage removal of residual taste, odor, chlorine, and impurities | 4-6 months |
