My name is Tadafumi Kobayashi, President of Ansin Service 24 Co., Ltd.

We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment to support the happiness and peace of mind of everyone in their daily lives. Ansin Service 24 has been established for 21 years.

In 2003, we began our business by offering locksmith services. Today, we have expanded our operations to include plumbing repairs, water system maintenance, home renovations, and residential equipment services. This growth has been made possible thanks to the continued support of our customers over the years.

Furthermore, in 2014, we launched our water purifier business in Thailand, and we have been operating continuously for the past 10 years. I was formerly a professional football player and played in Mexico. The experience I gained from football which particularly the importance of teamwork and the determination to never give up until the very end—has greatly influenced the way we run our business today.

In conducting our business in Thailand, we place strong emphasis on working together with our customers and team members to solve problems, and we never give up in finding the best possible solutions.

I place special emphasis on addressing issues related to water and residential equipment. In certain areas of Thailand, water quality remains a challenge, and I understand that many people are concerned about access to clean water. Therefore, we apply advanced Japanese technology to develop products suited to Thailand’s environment, ensuring safe and reliable water for our customers.

We are also committed to developing human resources in Thailand. We actively transfer our technical knowledge and expertise to local youth, growing together with the community. We believe that collaboration with local communities contributes positively to Thailand’s future, and we remain dedicated to supporting the country’s talent development.

My belief is to be a trusted specialist in water and residential equipment, always placing our customers’ health and safety first. With over 21 years of experience and achievements, we continue striving for excellence.
