Product Warranty Policy (Water Purifier Category)

  1. Drinking Water Purifier: 1-year warranty on the main unit
  2. Water Filter Cartridges: 3-month warranty
  3. Faucet Set and Water Tubing: 3-month warranty
  4. The warranty period shall commence from the date the installation is completed by the Company or the date the customer has received the product in full.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

  1. Products will be delivered within 2 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
  2. For orders of water purifier products delivered by the Company:

2.1) Orders placed directly with the Company will be 
 shipped via a domestic courier service provider.

2.2) Orders placed through applications (e.g., marketplace platforms) will be delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

Product Warranty Policy (Water Purifier Category)

  1. In the event that the product has not been used and remains in its original packaging, the Company is pleased to offer an exchange or return.
  2. The product must strictly comply with the terms and conditions stated below. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return in all cases.
  3. The product must be in perfect condition and free from any damage, such as dents, cracks, breakage, impact damage, or any other damage not caused by the Company, including force majeure events.
  4. The product must remain in its original packaging, with the seal intact and without any removal of the Company’s sealing tape or stickers.
  5. Eligible products may be exchanged or returned within 7–14 days from the date of receipt.

Terms and Service Charges Beyond Warranty Coverage (Including Cases Where the Product Warranty Has Expired)

Service, inspection, and/or repair work will be subject to a starting service fee of THB 700
within Bangkok and surrounding areas.

The Company also provides water purifier 
rental services and product distribution.
